Lower back pain accounts for a loss of income all over the world each year. According to studies, about one-third of women all over the world suffer from menstrual cramps every month. About 10% of those women who suffer from menstrual cramps have some crippling lower back pain that they could not go to work nor move around the house without so much trouble. Fortunately, lower back pain associated with menstrual cramps among women is not really serious and they usually go away after the menstrual period ends.
